No matter how good you are, you alone cannot push yourself to the peak of your potential. You need an external force to help you pull the very best out of you. A coach helps you to reach beyond your limit. Your limit will keep you mediocre. Greatness is beyond your limit. Without a coach you will not push yourself beyond your limit.

The head has the vision of the destination. The challenge is then two-fold: 1. Does the head know how to take the body to the destination and 2. is the body ready and able to go along with the head to the destination.
Confidence is the most needed resource for both challenges. Beyond confidence, there are Life Principles that will enable your organization to move closer to realizing the vision. Just like there are specific differences between two bodies, each organization will be unique in its needs.
